We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor in the Piece Part Repair department at Zurich Airport. If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply for the role of Composites Specialist.

Position: Composites Specialist (100%)

As a Composites Specialist, you will:

• Repair and modify composite structural components
• Inspect and assess composite damage
• Work according to repair schemes, specifications, and drawings
• Document work steps and inspection results
• Ensure quality and safety compliance
• Apply 5S and support productivity improvements
• Collaborate with the Quality and Engineering teams

Your Profile

• Technical apprenticeship (polymer technologist, sheet metal worker, etc.)
• Proven composite repair experience
• Highly accurate and independent
• Open-minded team player
• Good English proficiency (minimum B2); German is an advantage
• Basic IT skills
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
