CNC Turning and Swiss-Type Machining Specialist
We are currently seeking a CNC Turning and Swiss-Type Machining Specialist for one of our clients, a Swiss industrial company known for its expertise in high-precision component manufacturing. This position aims to strengthen the production department and contribute to exciting new projects.
Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC machines.
- Prepare machines and tooling for the production of small batches.
- Launch, monitor, and control manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality, precision, and delivery requirements.
- Contribute to the industrialization and production of new products.
- Identify opportunities to optimize machining programs and manufacturing processes.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
- Carry out routine first-level maintenance operations.
- Work closely with technical and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Profile:
- Technical qualification in CNC machining, mechanics, micromechanics, or an equivalent field.
- Experience in programming, setting up, or operating multi-axis CNC machines.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings and understand dimensional requirements.
- Genuine interest in small-batch production and high-value precision components.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify practical technical solutions.
- Flexible, conscientious, and motivated by new challenges.
- Previous experience in a micromechanical, watchmaking, or precision industrial environment is advantageous.
