Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Significant experience in integrity roles within a global organization.
  • Proven expertise in corporate investigations and a strong track record of collaborating with authorities, including the US Department of Justice.
  • International experience, particularly in the US, Europe, and developing countries.
  • Cultural sensitivity and proficiency in additional languages are preferred.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to foster strong relationships within the company.
  • A pragmatic and cooperative attitude, with the confidence to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of business challenges and the adaptability to align the integrity program with organizational goals, employing a straightforward approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to deliver clear and effective presentations.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing the operation and continuous improvement of ABB’s integrity program, supporting Business Areas in adhering to required elements.
  • Leading the corporate investigations team and supporting the development of technologies for monitoring and investigating potential violations of the Code of Conduct.
  • Designing and executing the global integrity program, including reviewing and updating integrity policies and procedures.
  • Fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the company, facilitating confidential reporting of issues.
  • Developing strategies and processes to ensure that all areas of the organization understand and own their legal and ethical obligations.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential integrity vulnerabilities and creating action plans to address them.
  • Managing a team of integrity professionals and maintaining ongoing integrity training and awareness.
  • Collaborating with Business Areas to identify integrity risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Promoting a culture of responsibility for integrity throughout the organization and supporting managers in their roles.
