We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the development and implementation of an educational strategy that aligns the Academy with our business goals and future competency needs. The ideal candidate will engage in the following key responsibilities:
- Further development of existing offerings and establishment of practical programs focused on pharmaceutical competence, retail, customer experience, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
- Design modern learning formats and enhance our Learning Management System while integrating digital competencies and artificial intelligence.
- Manage training offerings in collaboration with internal experts and external partners, effectively transferring suitable external content into internal learning formats.
- Work closely with management, the pharmacy organization, and People & Culture, ensuring learning offerings are seamlessly integrated into everyday work.
- Measure learning success, practical transfer, and economic benefits while developing external offerings with a perspective towards a sustainable profit center.
- Provide leadership and foster the ongoing development of the People Development Specialist role.
