Join Our Team at Verbier International School

Verbier International School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our Primary team for the Winter Term 2027, from January through to the end of March.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support the learning, development, and wellbeing of pupils across the Primary School. We are looking for someone who is positive, creative, and flexible, with the initiative to contribute fully to classroom life and the wider school community.

The role will include:

• Supporting individual pupils and small groups
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning
• Supervising pupils during the school day
• Helping to create a warm, purposeful, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications and Attributes

Experience working with primary-aged children is required. Knowledge of French or another European language would be an advantage.

• Be confident supporting pupils with a range of individual learning needs
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative international team

• Hold an EU passport or already have the right to work in Switzerland
