About the Role
Our client, an internationally operating industrial company actively shaping the future of energy and drive technologies, is seeking a communicative engineer or technician specializing in welding technology to strengthen their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical planning, supervision, and optimization of welding processes, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards, while actively contributing to efficiency and innovation in manufacturing. You will work closely with customers, helping to shape processes for tomorrow and explore long-term prospects in a future-oriented environment.
Work Tasks
- Utilize your technical welding expertise to review customer requirements and support projects from the offer phase through to quality assurance.
- Prepare, review, and approve technical documentation relevant to welding technology.
- Monitor welding activities during product development, repairs, and modernizations, collaborating closely with suppliers.
We Are Looking For
- Fluent English skills; ideally, good to very good German skills.
- Certification as a welding specialist or welding engineer (IWE/IWT) with initial professional experience.
- Experience with standards and regulations such as ISO-3834, EN-1090, ASME-B31.3, EN-13480, and ASME-IX.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
