As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Provide support and guidance to clients for the processing of equity and incentive award payroll calculations and instructions, utilizing our advanced, flexible platforms for global equity and payroll compliance.
  • Ensure all activities comply with payroll regulations and service level agreements, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and data processing within equity compensation and employment tax processes, working with tools including Python, Alteryx, Power BI, and KPMG's AI tools to enhance accuracy, insight, and speed.
  • Lead client implementations of our global equity and payroll platforms, coordinating integration with HR, payroll, and finance systems to ensure tax and compliance requirements are automated from the outset.
  • Design and review employee communications, reporting, and educational materials for different populations and jurisdictions, utilizing KPMG's AI tools.
  • Support initiatives such as Total Rewards Statements and tailored AI-enabled equity reporting and communication that assist employees in understanding and valuing their awards.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your expertise in global equity, tax, and technology.
  • Lead and support global business development initiatives, including proposals, pitches, solution design, and the publication of thought leadership.

This is What Makes You Successful

  • 6+ years of experience in global equity compensation, international employment tax, or rewards with a proven track record in managing large-scale equity programs and/or complex tax technology projects, ideally within a professional services firm or Big Four environment.
  • Strong understanding of global equity taxation and compliance frameworks, particularly with significant experience in equity and incentive taxation in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the USA.
  • Hands-on experience using or working alongside scripting/analytics tools and AI (e.g., Python, Alteryx, Power BI) to automate processes and create decision-support insights.
  • Professional equity-related qualification (e.g., Certified Equity Professional or equivalent).
  • A degree in a quantitative, business, or related discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Finance, Business).
  • Confident communicator, fluent in English, with experience advising senior stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance, and technology.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on tight timelines while also developing junior colleagues.
