Your Impact

As a key player in our team, you will:

  • Manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, specifically supporting multinational groups within the Financial Services Industry. You will develop concepts to design new or optimize existing business models and oversee their implementation globally.
  • Participate in scoping, planning, and delivering tailored solutions for some of the world's leading companies, with a strong emphasis on the Financial Services sector.
  • Review, understand, and assess the global value chains and business models of multinational companies, identifying client needs to develop customized solutions.
  • Advise clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies for various transactions, including financial transactions, while also providing guidance on transfer pricing governance, documentation, and technology solutions.
  • Assist clients with dispute resolution assignments and agreeing on advance rulings.
  • Engage in business development activities, contributing to the expansion of our service offerings.
  • Excel in challenging assignments by leveraging your expertise and the extensive network of our global transfer pricing team.

Your Skill Set

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably from a consultancy background, focused on clients in the Financial Services industry or delivering financial transactions transfer pricing services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an added advantage.
  • Ability to take on leadership roles within a team or specialized area of expertise.
  • A strong affinity for figures and business contexts, with skills in data analysis, research, and industry analysis writing. A curiosity for uncovering new opportunities and driving significant impact for clients is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the capability to manage complex data efficiently.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a clear focus on long-term objectives, along with the adaptability to navigate complex and challenging situations while remaining flexible and persistent.
