Your Impact
As a key player in our organization, you will manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, focusing on supporting multinational groups within the Financial Services Industry. Your role will involve developing concepts for the design of new business models or enhancing existing ones, followed by their global implementation.
You will engage in scoping, planning, and delivering innovative solutions for some of the world's leading companies across various industries, primarily concentrating on the Financial Services sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, understanding, and assessing global value chains and business models of multinational companies to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Advising clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies for various transactions, including financial transactions, and providing guidance on transfer pricing governance, documentation, and technology solutions.
- Supporting clients with dispute resolution assignments and negotiating advance rulings.
- Playing a role in securing new business and developing service offerings.
- Successfully handling diverse and challenging assignments by utilizing your expertise and the strength of our extensive global transfer pricing network.

Your Skill Set
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably in a consultancy role, focusing on the Financial Services industry or providing Financial Transactions transfer pricing services.
- Proven experience in the performance, management, and coordination of multi-country transfer pricing projects.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- A readiness to take on responsibility as a leader within a team or area of expertise.
- An affinity for figures and business contexts, with skills in data analysis and drafting industry reports.
- A strong curiosity for exploring new solutions, seeking information, and making a significant impact for clients.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term objectives, as well as adaptability to complex challenges while remaining flexible and persistent.
