Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As an (Assistant) Manager in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multinational companies with targeted advice and strategies for efficiently managing Global Mobility programs. Our team supports clients with the end-to-end management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees, as well as optimizing tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, you will provide guidance on US tax returns and compliance topics, including final signoff of tax returns before delivery.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services, including direct communication with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Review and sign US individual income tax returns for US resident and nonresident taxpayers, including Forms 1040, 114, 8938, 1116, 2555, 8858, and other forms specific to US residents with activities outside the United States.
• Oversee the completion of tasks and ensure high-quality work from junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies while ensuring consistent global tax treatment of various assignment compensation items and allowances.
• Advise clients on tax and social security implications related to global employment issues, including tax residency, avoidance of double taxation, and the taxation of complex compensation such as severance payments and incentive income.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• You possess 5 years+ of US tax experience/knowledge and hold relevant qualifications (e.g., EA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in global mobility or with a “Big-4” firm is a plus.
• You are curious, take the initiative, and are eager to take on responsibility while enjoying collaborative project work.
• You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
