At Deloitte Switzerland, within our Controllership & Treasury team in Technology & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations modernize their control frameworks through intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions. Your work will help strengthen internal controls, accelerate compliance processes, and achieve operational excellence in an increasingly digital and automated environment.

In this leadership role, you will shape and grow Deloitte Switzerland’s Digitalization, AI & Controls Automation capability, driving client impact through AI-enabled controls transformation while expanding our market presence. You'll develop strategic client relationships, originate new business opportunities, collaborate across Deloitte service lines, and build high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions at the intersection of Finance Transformation, Controllership & Treasury, Technology Risk, and Artificial Intelligence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives to support clients in assessing technology risks, identifying automation opportunities, and designing or enhancing AI-enabled controls and compliance frameworks.
• Spearhead internal controls transformation initiatives through digitalization and AI-driven automation, delivering innovative solutions to complex technology risk challenges while optimizing control efficiency.
• Identify emerging technology risk issues and automation potential, converting them into actionable business opportunities that drive digital control maturity and operational resilience.
• Contribute to the growth of the Digitalization, AI and Controls Automation offering by developing innovative market offerings, reusable assets, thought leadership, and strategic alliances.
• Originate and shape new client engagements by leveraging a professional network, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for measurable business value through AI-enabled controls automation.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams, providing mentoring and career development discussions to foster a collaborative team culture.
• Represent Deloitte’s capability at client events, industry forums, and executive discussions, enhancing Deloitte’s market reputation in AI-enabled Finance Transformation and Controls Automation.

Who We Are Looking For

A visionary and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to build practices, originate new business, develop trusted client relationships, and inspire high-performing teams. You should combine strong commercial acumen with exceptional consulting and relationship-building skills, and possess a passion for transforming Finance, Controls, and Risk through digital transformation, AI, and intelligent automation.

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT controls advisory, audit, or risk management, including at least 3–4 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, control design, testing, and leading controls automation or digitalization transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams while nurturing talent through mentoring and structured feedback.
• Strong business development and consultative selling experience, with a focus on identifying client needs and shaping innovative client solutions.
• Extensive experience in building trusted relationships across clients and Deloitte service lines, with a collaborative mindset.
• Advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), with the ability to architect AI-driven control solutions.
• Holder of relevant senior-level certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, COBIT, or equivalent; certifications in AI governance or related emerging disciplines are valued.
• Fluent in English and German.
