Your Impact
As a key player in our organization, you will:
- Manage, direct, and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects, with a focus on supporting multinational groups within the Financial Services Industry.
- Develop concepts for the design of new business models or the optimization of existing ones, implementing these models on a global scale.
- Engage in scoping, planning, and delivering solutions for some of the world's leading companies across a diverse range of industries, primarily focusing on the Financial Services sector.
- Review, understand, and assess global value chains and business models of multinational companies to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on establishing and defending transfer pricing policies for all transaction types, including financial transactions, as well as on governance, documentation, and technology solutions related to transfer pricing.
- Assist clients with dispute resolution assignments and advance rulings to foster positive outcomes.
- Contribute to winning new engagements and enhancing service offerings within the firm.

Your Skill Set
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally in a consultancy role, with a strong focus on the Financial Services industry and/or Financial Transactions transfer pricing services.
- Proven track record in managing and performing multi-country transfer pricing projects.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Willingness to assume leadership responsibilities and take charge of specific areas of expertise.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in figures and business contexts, adept at data analysis, research, and drafting industry analyses.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A result-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term goals, combined with the ability to navigate complex and challenging situations while remaining flexible and persistent.
