Technical Supply Engineer for Service Parts (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a proactive, motivated, and forward-thinking professional to take on the role of Technical Supply Engineer for Service Parts within our strategic supply chain organization. You will report directly to the Global Category Manager Components, based in Baden, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively establish a robust value chain in cooperation with the service organization and Category Management, including reviewing technical documents, clarifying and aligning quality requirements, supporting selected suppliers, placing RFQs, preparing supplier selection decisions, and providing frequent progress information to internal customers.
  • Manage short-term orders throughout the re-launch phase until parts are available for customer service.
  • Assist Category Management in relocation and supplier consolidation activities.
  • Support the Category Management in the RFI/RFQ process.
  • Conduct master data analysis and maintenance.

Your Background

  • Completed vocational training as a production or design engineer. Further education at the university of applied sciences level in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is an asset.
  • High flexibility and speed, customer focus, persistence, and strong communication skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong technical and/or production background.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
