Your Role

As a key player in our team, you will lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. Collaborating with technical leads and the product team, you will convert new initiatives into robust project plans. Your responsibilities will involve driving the execution of these plans through continuous progress tracking, managing dependencies, and resolving roadblocks. Building a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while holding them accountable for their commitments is essential. You may also need to engage directly in reviewing requirements or implementing straightforward technical solutions when necessary, demonstrating your commitment to project success. Additionally, your experience will help advance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitment under ambiguity.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including collaboration with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
• Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
• BSc in a technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
• Fine-tuned interpersonal skills to synthesize strong opinions into shared goals.
• Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
