Your Role

As a project leader, you will be responsible for planning and executing our most complex cross-team projects. Collaborate closely with technical leads and the product team to transform innovative initiatives into robust project plans. You will drive the execution of these plans by continuously tracking progress, managing dependencies, and addressing roadblocks.

Establish a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders and hold them accountable for their commitments. Be prepared to engage in reviewing requirements or implementing straightforward technical solutions as necessary. Your dedication to meeting project commitments and contributing your expertise will enhance the TPM practice and tooling here at Daedalean.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitment in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines involving external parties, such as contractors and suppliers.
• Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
• BSc in a technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
• Fine-tuned interpersonal skills to synthesize strong opinions into a shared goal.
• Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
