How You Can Make an Impact

  • Gain insight into how financial services organizations operate and the economic and industry challenges they face.
  • Drive effective and reliable financial and non-financial reporting as a forward-looking auditor with an in-depth understanding of business processes and internal controls.
  • Develop expertise in financial services regulations (e.g., AMLO-FINMA) and support organizations in meeting evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regulatory audits that identify compliance gaps, assess control effectiveness, and drive remediation strategies to ensure adherence to supervisory expectations and industry standards.
  • Develop people early in your career and build a broad professional network.
  • Bring your fresh ideas and pioneering thinking to the forefront early in your career at Deloitte.
  • Follow a clear, long-term career path and receive first-class training for your professional development, including support to qualify as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA).

What You Bring to Succeed

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a specialization in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Controlling.
  • Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an interest in understanding the world of banking and finance.
  • Enjoyment in solving complex challenges within a team environment.
  • Interest in the financial market, innovation, and transformation (including but not limited to data analytics).
  • Eagerness to learn and pursue further education to become a Swiss CPA at EXPERTsuisse.
  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
  • A curious and courageous mindset.
