Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team, contributing to an exceptional dining experience that reflects our commitment to luxury service standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by executing various tasks efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mise en place and table preparation
• Deliver dishes and provide support during service
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Support the service team as needed
• Guarantee an exceptional guest experience and uphold consistent luxury service standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, including HACCP and LQA requirements, while driving continuous improvement
• Implement proper daily service protocols and standards
• Regularly review and update guest CARDEX profiles
• Build guest loyalty and promote the hotel’s offerings
• Anticipate and meet guests’ requests
• Ensure adherence to applicable health and safety regulations
• Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or potential risks involving guests or colleagues
• Prepare and organize the assigned service station or restaurant
• Welcome and advise guests on menu and wine selections
• Take orders and ensure accurate service delivery
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
• Participate in and oversee daily billing and cash handling procedures
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction

Team Management

• Lead, inspire, and develop the Demis-Chefs de Rang and Commis de Rang
• Ensure adherence to LQA standards
• Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and guest focus

General Responsibilities

• Support other F&B outlets as needed
• Adopt a solution-oriented approach
• Act as an ambassador of MRH’s values and company culture, ensuring alignment at all levels
• Proactively contribute to enhancing the hotel’s reputation through innovation, guest satisfaction, and service excellence
