Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of IS Production & Value Chain, you will lead the newly established IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Create an environment that fosters innovation, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Support employee growth through personal development and effective resource planning.
- Strategy, Innovation & Technology Leadership
- Define and evolve the IS Infrastructure & Technology strategy for Switzerland in alignment with business priorities and global IS strategy.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps supporting manufacturing, service center, and transformation requirements.
- Drive innovation and automation initiatives across Infrastructure & Technology services.
- Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders, including long-term investment planning and budgeting.
- Demand, Portfolio & Business Engagement
- Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of IS Infrastructure & Technology demands.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the IS Factory & Digitalization Team CH.
- Act as a key partner for manufacturing and digitalization needs.
- Service Governance & Operational Accountability
- Own the performance and secure operation of IS Infrastructure & Technology services in Switzerland.
- Monitor service performance and establish improvement plans.
- Ensure business continuity and compliance with global Cybersecurity guidelines.
- IS Infrastructure & Technology Services
- Oversee operation and continuous development of local IS infrastructure services.
- Ensure reliable operations of LAN, WAN, hosting, and datacenter services.
- Support future IS infrastructure needs for business growth and transformation.
Your Background & Skills
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Several years of leadership experience in Infrastructure or IT Operations environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Proven experience in leading teams in complex operational environments.
- Experience driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, with German strongly preferred.
