Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of IS Production & Value Chain, this position is responsible for leading the newly established IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team.

As the IS Team Lead Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland (m/f/d), you will oversee the overall delivery, performance, strategy, and continuous improvement of all local IS infrastructure and technology services that support Swiss operations and manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop the IS Infrastructure & Technology Switzerland team.

• Strategy, Innovation & Technology Leadership
  • Define and evolve the IS Infrastructure & Technology strategy for Switzerland to align with business priorities and the global IS strategy.
  • Create and maintain technology roadmaps that support operational and transformation requirements.
  • Drive initiatives focused on innovation, automation, digitalization, and service optimization.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and translate opportunities into business value.
  • Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders, including long-term investment planning.
• Demand, Portfolio & Business Engagement
  • Own the evaluation and prioritization of IS Infrastructure & Technology demands.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and various teams to meet infrastructure needs.
  • Act as a key partner to ensure infrastructure requirements for manufacturing and digitalization are met.
• Service Governance & Operational Accountability
  • Oversee the performance, health, stability, and secure operation of services in Switzerland.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure delivery by internal teams and external providers.
  • Manage major incidents and ensure business continuity and resilience.
  • Accountable for the implementation of global cybersecurity and IS infrastructure guidelines.
• IS Infrastructure & Technology Services
  • Ensure the reliability and continuous development of local IS infrastructure services.
  • Manage lifecycle processes for IS infrastructure assets.
  • Support the evolution of High-Performance Computing capabilities for business growth.

Your Background & Skills

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive leadership experience within Infrastructure, Technology, or IT Operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies including networking and hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams in complex operational settings.
• Strong background in IT Service Management, including ITIL-based processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
• Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in German is preferred.
