Join Our Team as Team Lead GT Control System Engineering & Execution

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our gas turbine products. Your primary focus will be leading the engineering team responsible for developing and executing the control system for heavy-duty gas turbines.
- Serve as line manager and technical lead of the GT control system engineering and execution team.
- Develop and engineer the GT control system hardware.
- Specify GT monitoring systems, field instruments, and design I&C field loops.
- Integrate and document GT protection requirements and safety instrumented systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Configure and execute the GT control system scope within GT customer projects according to contractual requirements.
- Interface and coordinate with project management.
- Support erection and commissioning activities from the back office and on customer sites.
- Define and optimize technical guidelines and engineering and execution processes.
Your Profile
- Advanced degree in electrical/automation engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the design and project execution of automation systems in the power or process plant engineering field.
- Familiarity with design directives and codes & standards in automation, instrumentation, controls, and functional safety.
- A strong commitment to delivering solutions and results that meet quality, time, and cost targets.
- 2+ years of experience in a line management role with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Very good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage, and Italian is a plus.
