Your Mission
- Lead the conceptual design phase to select the machine’s architecture and influence the development team to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Define the qualifications plan for prototypes, conduct testing, analyze results, and present the final product at customers’ facilities
- Participate in product sustaining activities; define production tests and their acceptance criteria
- Exhibit strong expertise in servo regulation for motion control, with concrete achievements in mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is a plus
- Define project scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
- Provide follow-up and technical guidance to the development team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely achievement of development objectives
Your Profile
- Master's degree in control or mechatronics engineering
- Ideally 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong understanding of physical phenomena (e.g., mechanical and electronics coupling, vibration dynamics, thermo-mechanics)
- Proficient in MATLAB/SIMULINK
- Good knowledge of real-time applications and programming languages: C, C++
- Strong understanding of dynamic systems control
- Autonomous with an ability to work in a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills; fluency in English is required (ability to engage with global customers)
