Your Mission:

  • Customer Complaints and Corrective Actions: Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Reliability and Risk Analysis: Conduct MTBF assessments, evaluate defect rates, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Supplier and Process Quality: Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Product Development & Compliance: Contribute to FMEA assessments, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Educate teams on best practices, compliance measures, and quality methodologies.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Micromechanics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in development, production, or supply chain within the semiconductor, automotive, or aeronautics industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, etc.).
  • Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.
  • Strong command of Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
