Your Mission
- Develop and implement new test benches to ensure the quality and performance level of our production
- Support troubleshooting of defects and malfunctions, defining sustainable corrective actions
- Ensure that processes meet specifications and comply with norms, regulations, and internal protocols
- Bring strong expertise with proven achievements in servo regulation for motion control and mechatronics engineering; knowledge of metrology and optics is advantageous
- Improve assembly and measurement processes to meet customer expectations at optimum costs
- Write working instructions for production
- As a member of the Manufacturing Technology team, ensure the test strategy aligns with the R&D roadmap
- Provide training for production staff
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Control or Mechatronics Engineering
- At least four years of professional experience in motion control and automation, with familiarity in machine control processes
- Strong understanding of physical phenomena, including mechanical and electronic coupling, vibration dynamics, and thermo-mechanics
- Proficient with MATLAB/SIMULINK
- Good knowledge of dynamic and static metrological control
- Understanding of the interaction between your specific discipline and other technical domains involved in process development
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions and assess the corresponding pros and cons
- Fluent in French, and capable of writing and presenting reports in English
