Your Mission

You will oversee and coordinate the planning, forecasting, and procurement activities related to customers and products within your purview. Serving as the key communication link between internal teams and external partners, you will ensure alignment and transparency throughout the planning process.

As a proactive business partner, you will execute management decisions, adjust supply plans, and provide insightful recommendations based on demand adjustments. Operating in a fast-changing environment, your role will be crucial in anticipating demand, responding to the high flexibility required by our markets, minimizing risks, and driving continuous business improvement.

Additionally, you will:

  • Translate demand forecasts into supply and capacity plans.
  • Lead procurement of your commodities by optimizing inventory levels and costs.
  • Ensure strong follow-up of suppliers’ orders, including necessary escalations.
  • Issue, explain, and communicate suppliers’ forecasts.
  • Coordinate production planning and suppliers’ deliveries to meet flexible customer demands.
  • Lead inventory targets (including safety stock strategies), reporting, and propose solutions while maintaining effective communication.
  • Ensure timely and quality reporting.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in planning or procurement roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems – supply chain modules.
  • Advanced level of English and French.
