Your Tasks

• Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety and Quality Policies are communicated, promoted, and implemented within the organization.
• Ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained, and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS-related duties and responsibilities as defined in the SMS Manual.
• Assign employees to their roles based on skills, maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning, and monitor labor efficiency.
• Execute and promote Continuous Improvements by applying Lean principles to achieve all targets.
• Define, manage, and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI), and report KPIs to Heads regularly.
• Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and structured follow-up with all employees. Lead the performance management process (PMP) with a focus on employee motivation.

Your Profile

• Over 5 years of professional experience with a significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service, preferably in the MRO industry.
• Technical background or technical education.
• Experience in a leadership position with profound knowledge of function-related processes and an aptitude for continuous improvement, as well as the ability to lead and train a team.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma.
• B2 level of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
