Application Specialist (m/f/d) - Radiographer

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

As an Application Specialist, you will ensure an exceptional client experience through training, support, consulting, and knowledge transfer within the assigned regions. You will demonstrate a high level of customer-centricity and possess expertise in problem identification and resolution, continually aiming to enhance the quality of patient care while optimizing resources.

Key Tasks

  • Co-create and support the implementation of tailored training activities that integrate our comprehensive offerings into clinical practice.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to the development of innovative technical solutions and educational materials.
  • Utilize strong communication skills and insight into client needs to identify opportunities for enhancing client engagement and knowledge.
  • Effectively manage training schedules and resources, prioritizing activities to maximize educational impact.
  • Ensure clients gain the fullest benefit from the training activities and resources provided.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the role.

Who You Are

  • Radiographer (TRM, MRTE, MTR, MTRA, RT, RFP, MERM) with several years of experience in radiology, proven educational and training skills, and a well-established network in the local radiology community.
  • Deep product knowledge and certifications within the therapeutic area, complemented by hands-on experience with medical devices.
  • Working knowledge of IT fundamentals, including connectivity, networks, data transfer and storage, and healthcare IT systems like RIS, PACS, or HIS.
  • Solid understanding of business administration and the healthcare business environment.
  • Highly independent, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with readiness to work in the field.
  • Team player with strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Well organized, with a proven ability to manage complex tasks and situations.
  • Proficiency in French, German, and English (mandatory).
