Your Role

As a Supervisor - Inspection GTF, you will be assigned to the New Engines organization, acting as Supervisor within the engine shop operational organization, overseeing the module and piece part inspection of GTF engines. You will ensure that the organization and processes meet all operational requirements (KPIs) in accordance with the engine services operational schedule and OEM/regulatory guidelines.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace with high-quality workmanship in line with SRT and airworthiness regulations.
  • Plan and allocate staff effectively, including vacation planning, to meet engine planning, productivity, and skill demands.
  • Coordinate support across SR Technics (tools, equipment, documentation) to secure smooth operations.
  • Address quality deviations, audit findings, and customer complaints, and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Focus on training, development, and performance management to build a skilled, motivated team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to achieve KPIs and strengthen a performance-oriented culture.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.
  • 5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety standards and quality.
  • Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems.
  • English B2+ (German is a plus).
  • Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage.
