Composites Specialist - 100%

As a Composites Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Repairing and modifying composite structural components
• Inspecting and assessing composite damage
• Working according to repair schemes, specifications, and drawings
• Documenting work steps and inspection results
• Ensuring quality and safety compliance
• Applying 5S principles and supporting productivity improvements
• Collaborating with Quality and Engineering teams

Your Profile

• Technical apprenticeship (polymer technologist, sheet metal worker, etc.)
• Proven experience in composite repair
• Highly accurate and capable of working independently
• Open-minded team player
• Good English language skills (minimum B2); German is an advantage
• Basic IT skills
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
