Your Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive Safety Culture and ensure that Safety and Quality Policy are communicated and implemented within the organization.
  • Lead and manage a multi-cultural team, fostering performance, engagement, and a positive work environment.
  • Drive a performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-up with all employees.
  • Apply the performance management process (PMP) and leadership with a focus on employee motivation.
  • Plan and allocate resources to ensure high productivity and monitor labor efficiency.
  • Drive personnel development and skill management to meet capacity requirements (OJT, qualifications, certifications, performance evaluations).
  • Execute and promote continuous improvements by applying Lean principles and 5S to achieve organizational targets and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Participate in, prepare for, and be responsible for internal and external audits.

Your Profile

  • Technical background or technical education (aviation experience is a plus).
  • Leadership experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams (minimum 3 years team leadership or strong project leadership preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Proactive, independent, and self-initiated working style with high performance drive.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
  • Proficient in English (B2+); German is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems; Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage.
