How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Current & Voltage Transformers and Surge Arresters, providing comprehensive knowledge and innovative solutions throughout the value chain.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet the required quality standards, conducting supplier audits and assessments as needed.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback related to product quality and utilize this information to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify potential risks to product quality and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
  • Partner with various departments, such as engineering, production, and customer service, to maintain a cohesive approach to quality management while effectively communicating with all stakeholders on quality developments.
  • Oversee Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), cluster quality notifications, and conduct thorough Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to identify the root causes of quality issues.
  • Define and implement corrective actions to promptly resolve quality issues and lead initiatives to provide quick, actionable solutions for urgent quality concerns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions for quality cases, ensuring long-term success.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • A background in current and voltage transformers is desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and any other languages is beneficial.
  • Experience in quality management and/or project management will be considered a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
