Area of Responsibility

In this dynamic and versatile position, you will assume HR responsibilities for the institution, managing a wide array of tasks:

• Oversee the entire recruitment and hiring process, from job posting to contract drafting, and from employee onboarding to offboarding.
• Act as the central point of contact for all employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including labor law issues and insurance details.
• Support employee discussions while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage the payroll process from A to Z, maintaining timely and accurate records of salary-relevant data.
• Participate in HR-specific and digitalization projects, contributing to initiatives that create real added value for the institution.

Your Strengths and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess solid professional experience as an HR specialist, alongside relevant expertise in payroll accounting. You stand out as follows:

• Several years of experience in human resources, including payroll accounting (preferably within the healthcare sector).
• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
• A strong communicator with an empathetic personality.
• Digital affinity and a modern approach to HR practices.
• A pragmatic, structured, and needs-based working style, with the ability to prioritize effectively even during intensive work phases.
