Area of Responsibility

• Independent management of the accounting for several group companies, including accounts payable/receivable management, VAT settlements, annual financial statements, consolidation, and reporting.
• Preparation and analysis of financial reports as well as support in evaluations.
• Invoicing and participation in the optimization of internal processes.
• Collaboration on IT projects related to accounting software.
• Optionally, with increased workload: Taking on mandate management tasks in the financial and fiduciary sector, including managing your own client portfolio.

Your Strengths and Experience

• Completed further education as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, fiduciary with a federal diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting and/or fiduciary services.
• Structured, independent, and precise working style.
• Proficient in MS Office; Abacus knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and possess good English skills.
• High social competence, teamwork ability, and a professional appearance.
