In this role, you will primarily support and advise national and international clients professionally on demanding payroll mandates. Your professional experience in payroll accounting allows you to understand the needs of clients and recognize complex relationships, such as those relating to cross-border social security. You will be well-equipped to advise clients on challenging issues effectively. Additionally, you will maintain existing client relationships and actively contribute to the development of new business relationships. If you also possess confidence in managing accounting mandates, reporting, VAT returns, and tax declarations, these responsibilities will be entrusted to you.
To excel as a specialist in mandate management in payroll accounting/fiduciary services, several years of practical experience is essential. Completing further education as a fiduciary, obtaining a bachelor’s degree, or achieving qualification as a payroll expert is key. Important attributes for this position include quick comprehension, commitment, reliability, and a structured working method. Proficiency in German and good command of English are also crucial, along with a solid understanding of Abacus. A passion for client interaction and a focus on guiding them to achieve optimal success is highly valued.
