Task Area

In this exciting role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 650 apartments, ensuring high-quality administration with a focus on servicing the cooperative members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Regularly visiting residential buildings located centrally in Zurich.
• Maintaining a positive appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas, initiating measures for optimization when necessary.
• Providing comprehensive support to cooperative members during renovations and demolition projects, ensuring satisfactory follow-up solutions.
• Engaging with cooperative members both in person and through various communication channels.

As part of your daily work, you will closely collaborate with your team, benefiting from shared expertise and support.

Your Strengths

For this position, the following qualifications are required:

• Completion of further education as a property manager with a federal diploma.
• Several years of practical experience in management.
• Interest in working within a cooperative, with prior experience being an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills in both oral and written German.
• An empathetic personality with a passion for engaging with various stakeholders.
