Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: 2 days office / 3 days working from home
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an established international business in Nottingham. This dynamic B2B customer service position involves managing relationships with key customers, overseeing orders and deliveries, resolving queries, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing customer orders from initial processing through to delivery
- Keeping customers updated on orders, shipments, and delivery times
- Handling customer queries, claims, and returns
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
- Providing customers with information on products, availability, and promotions
- Resolving delivery, pricing, shortage, and order-related issues
- Liaising with Credit, Planning, Logistics, and other internal teams
- Processing credit notes in compliance with company procedures
- Identifying potential problems and ensuring efficient resolutions
- Looking for opportunities to improve processes and overall customer experience
About You
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or account support
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel experience is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work comfortably across multiple internal departments
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
