Job Overview
We are seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to become a vital part of an established international business in Nottingham. This dynamic B2B customer service role will entail managing relationships with key customers, overseeing orders and deliveries, resolving queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing customer orders from initial processing through to delivery.
- Keeping customers updated on orders, shipments, and delivery timelines.
- Handling customer queries, claims, and returns.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Providing customers with information on products, availability, and promotions.
- Resolving delivery, pricing, shortage, and order-related issues.
- Liaising with Credit, Planning, Logistics, and other internal teams.
- Processing credit notes following company procedures.
- Identifying potential problems and ensuring they are resolved swiftly.
- Looking for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
About You
- Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or account support.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel experience is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
