Position Summary: AI Solution Leader

The AI Solution Leader is a pivotal technical sales position within the TCS Switzerland sales team, responsible for promoting AI-integrated solutions for IT Operations. This role is essential for maintaining TCS’s technological competitive edge. The successful candidate will work closely with the Swiss geo sales team to secure new business opportunities while also upselling TCS AI solutions to existing Swiss clients.

TCS provides a consulting-led, cognitively driven, integrated portfolio of IT, Business & Technology Services, as well as engineering support, mainly serving the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Retail, and Life Sciences sectors—both in Switzerland and globally. The primary responsibility of the AI Solution Leader is to meet new order book value (OBV) targets for TCS AI-related solutions, services, and products sold to designated target companies, and to develop innovative AI solutions that enhance competitiveness in bids within the Swiss customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Major Market and ISU team to acquire new clients through engaging sales processes to achieve agreed sales growth (TCV and number of customers acquired).
• Develop and present TCS AI solutions such as TCS ATLAS and Wisdom Next AI to capitalize on upcoming Cloud Unit opportunities.
• Achieve optimal strategic positioning of TCS AI solutions within the IT Operations domain by maintaining a balanced approach.
• Develop and implement a Go-to-Market strategy for the TCS Infrastructure Zero Ops framework across current and prospective opportunities.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers regarding the application of AI in IT operations.
• Oversee the alignment of TCS platforms like TCS Cognix for Infrastructure & Digital Workplace to ensure competitive positioning with rationale.

Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Implementation, particularly in Enterprise Tools and/or Automation areas.
• Technical expertise in 2-3 service lines, including Cloud, Enterprise Tools, Automation/AI, and Operations Management.
• Experience in technical design and implementation of tools infrastructure.
• Strong background in Operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, along with robust documentation abilities.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in user-friendly language.
