Your Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for real estate management and associated systems, including quality, safety, security, and product conformity. Reporting directly to the Division President, you will oversee a wide range of responsibilities and act as a key partner to our global divisions in developing Accelleron’s strategic initiatives. This position is part of the management team based in Baden, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic site development and planning for 72,000 m² of production, warehouse, and office space.
  • Facility management oversight.
  • Local stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintaining our license to operate by managing quality, environmental, and safety systems.
  • Ensuring certifications are up to date.
  • Establishing effective processes for product conformity and marine product safety.

Your Background

  • Leadership experience at the management team level with indirect management exposure.
  • Proven track record as a strong leader with exceptional people management and development skills.
  • University degree.
  • Experience in a management role within real estate or facility management.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems.
  • Strong expertise in change management and process improvements.
  • Solution-oriented with a service-focused approach.
  • A curious mindset eager to explore for improvements.
  • Fluent in English and German.
