Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Platform Administrator
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Administrator for our client to oversee the technical administration and operational support of two ServiceNow instances. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and enhance your expertise in ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical administration and operational support for two ServiceNow instances.
- Configure and manage the ongoing administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Oversee patch management and execution of Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests.
- Support Foundation Data Integration initiatives.
- Plan and implement MID Servers.
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Manage transport paths between Development, Test, and Production environments.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
- Proficient knowledge in patch and transport management.
- Experience with MID Servers, SSO, and security configurations.
- Familiarity with ATF as well as data imports and exports.
- Experience in building and administering ServiceNow instances.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with troubleshooting experience.
