Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Dev Request / Catalog Consultant

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Dev Request / Catalog Consultant to support the implementation and redesign of Service Catalog solutions within ServiceNow for our esteemed customer. In this role, you will take ownership of the development of catalog items, service offerings, and fulfillment flows while collaborating closely with process and requirements analysts within an agile delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop Service Catalog solutions in ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain catalog items, service offerings, and fulfillment flows.
• Engage in hands-on development of workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Collaborate with process and requirements analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support the consolidation and redesign of existing ordering channels.
• Take ownership of the development and implementation of catalog items and fulfillment flows.
• Contribute to the transformation of a large and fragmented service landscape, including ITSM items, mobile products, and EAM identities.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Service Catalog and Catalog Items.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer and fulfillment workflows.
• Experience in translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• A background in working within an agile delivery team.
• Fluency in German or English.
• Located in the EU.

Project Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 4+ months
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: 100% remote
• Language: English

The project focuses on consolidating and redesigning a highly fragmented ordering landscape, which currently comprises over 76 ITSM items, 141 mobile products, and approximately 30 EAM identities. This number is expected to increase significantly.
