Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect
Scope
Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect to lead the implementation and ongoing development of ServiceNow SPM, encompassing Demand, Project, Resource, Financials, and Agile management. This role involves harmonizing and optimizing portfolio and project management processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and requirements analysis.
- Oversee technical implementation and ensure quality assurance.
- Design and align interfaces.
- Provide guidance to business and IT stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow.
- In-depth understanding of the platform, including integrations, Flow Designer, and reporting.
- Experience in process design related to Demand, PPM, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and architectural skills.
- Certifications such as CIS SPM/ITBM, CSA, and ITIL are desirable.
