Your Tasks
- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating service technicians across Switzerland, considering availability, qualifications, proximity, and urgency.
- Organizing and managing service orders such as maintenance, repairs, and installations in the medium and low voltage range.
- Collaborating closely with internal clients (project management) and the service team for efficient planning and execution of daily service activities.
- Acting as a central interface, continuously monitoring resource planning and adapting to changes while prioritizing customer satisfaction and business success.
Your Profile
- A completed technical or commercial training.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in service planning, such as a service dispatcher or service coordinator in a comparable role.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in the maintenance, service, commissioning, and repair of electrical systems or equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with resilience.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong German language skills, both spoken and written; proficiency in English and French is an advantage.
