How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through intricate Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, with a focus on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with international, professional colleagues, and contribute to business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development efforts.
• Expand your network by working with different divisions within the company or other member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) for major business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, including managing and resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders, while influencing the technical design of ServiceNow solutions alongside the client’s technical/enterprise architects.
• Proficiency in agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing design and development teams through complete delivery lifecycles, including overseeing project financials.
• Experience working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
