• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, whether as part of a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate across various industries, with a primary focus on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Work alongside international, highly skilled colleagues and take part in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development.
• Expand your network by collaborating with different divisions within the company and member firms beyond Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek professionals with a minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or related modules) for major business and system transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in management consulting, a record of managing technical and delivery challenges on ServiceNow projects, and experience shaping technical designs in collaboration with client stakeholders and technical/enterprise architects.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Proficient project management and leadership skills, demonstrated by successfully managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles, including project financial management.
• Experience working with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
