How You Can Make an Impact:

• Work on challenging ServiceNow projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Engage across various industries, including our primary focus areas of Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of international professionals and participate in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development.
• Expand your network by collaborating with other parts of the company and member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM or associated modules) focused on major business and system transformation efforts.
• Experience in management consulting, managing and resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Ability to shape the technical design of a ServiceNow solution while working with the client’s technical/enterprise architects.
• Proficiency in agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM).
• Demonstrated technical project management and leadership skills, applicable in managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles, including project financials management.
• Experience collaborating with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
