About the Role

As a Senior Manager or Director at Deloitte, you will be one of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, advising organizations on developing IT strategies and implementing systems that enhance business value and drive performance. We leverage deep expertise and experience gained from some of the most complex IT projects worldwide, ranging from system replacements to comprehensive IT transformations.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Advise our clients’ senior technology executives on enterprise technology strategy, IT operating models, governance, and investment prioritization.
• Lead large-scale, complex IT transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Translate business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps, architectural principles, and portfolio plans to define the IT function's interaction with the business side.
• Collaborate with international, multi-disciplinary teams and across Deloitte service lines to spearhead business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development to enhance our presence in the German-speaking market.

Who We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on CIO/IT advisory and leading full-scale IT transformations for international and Swiss organizations.
• Proven track record of shaping and delivering complex technology change.
• Strong program leadership and delivery management skills, including commercial management and full project lifecycle delivery oversight.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence CxO/CxO-1 stakeholders.
• Demonstrable success in business development, including pipeline building, origination, proposal leadership, pricing, contracting, and closing medium to high-complexity deals.
• Fluency in German and English; additional French is an advantage.
• Based in Zürich, with flexibility to work across Switzerland as required.
