Join our Actuarial team and help clients successfully navigate global challenges. We provide a comprehensive range of actuarial support across life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. Our collaboration with Audit & Assurance and various service lines, such as Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation, allows us to tackle large-scale projects effectively.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Serve as the main point of contact for pension topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
• Lead a diverse array of client projects, including M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, and valuations.
• Manage project lifecycles from proposals through delivery to invoicing.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities and generating new business with both internal and external clients.
• Participate in and lead thought leadership initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from acquiring and training new talent to performance reviews and promotions.

Who We Are Looking For

• A University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Qualification as an actuary “Actuary SAA” or equivalent.
• Experience in an actuarial role within the insurance industry or consulting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, coupled with a strong desire to learn and make an impact while collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proficient communication in both German and English with stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated business development experience.
