Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior e-Learning Manager to oversee the delivery, development, and continuous enhancement of digital learning solutions. This role combines expertise in e-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), client engagement, and technical coordination.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing digital learning operations, supporting clients, driving product improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning content using industry-leading authoring tools.
• Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course administration, user management, testing, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure learning content complies with industry standards and functions effectively across digital learning environments.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing operational support and guidance.
• Coordinate technical initiatives, including integrations, system enhancements, and third-party solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support product development, quality assurance, testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitor and improve operational processes, reporting, certifications, and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business growth through client presentations, solution design, and relationship management.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in e-learning, digital learning, instructional design, or learning technology environments.
• Strong experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally Moodle or comparable platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar e-learning authoring tools.
• Solid understanding of SCORM standards and digital content deployment.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality customer support in a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate technical projects and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
