How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, focusing primarily on Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of highly skilled colleagues and participate in business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development.
• Expand your network by collaborating with different divisions within the company and member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or associated modules) in major business and system transformations.
• Experience in management consulting, addressing and resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders, as well as shaping the technical design of a ServiceNow solution while working with client technical/enterprise architects.
• Technical project management and/or leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing design and development teams through full delivery lifecycles, including oversight of project financials.
• Experience working with nearshore and offshore delivery teams.
