In this role within our Technology Strategy & Transformation team, you will leverage your expertise in IT infrastructure to develop strategies and implement systems that create business value and drive performance. With a deep understanding derived from working on complex IT projects globally, we are looking for talented professionals who can offer a technical perspective to IT strategy and operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects.

How You Can Make an Impact:

• Collaborate with our clients' top technology executives to translate their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure, working alongside our international network of experts to meet client needs.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as a critical facilitator between business and IT, driving tangible change and making a significant difference for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics and have built a track record of managing small engagements or segments of larger ones within IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• A proactive approach, coupled with a genuine interest in IT infrastructure and related technologies, drives you to stay informed about industry developments and expand your expertise.
• You are fluent in English and willing to travel within Switzerland; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a management consultant is a plus.
